Let's face it, the best Mission and Vision in the world are pretty useless unless you have people who are willing to help fulfill them. We are so thankful for those who have already decided to serve in a particular ministry. But the fact of the matter is, many more are needed. To be more blunt...YOU are needed. And that is what this page is about. We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to get some information about a particular ministry and also to sign up.

So below you will find some basic information about the particular ministries that are our greatest need at this time and below that, you will find a simple form to fill out to express your interest in serving in that ministry.

NO EXPERIENCE is necessary in order to serve. We will provide the training needed to get you on your feet so don't be afraid of being left alone.

**NOTICE** All people who desire to work in our youth ministry will be required to submit to a state and federal background check.

There are quite a few area's where you can get involved if you want to serve, but listed below are the areas where we have the most urgent needs.

YOUTH - Large Group

This would be for those that have a flare for drama, music or acting. Maybe you just have the type of personality that allows you to simply read a story and everyone listens. If this is you, you are perfect for this area of ministry. Our youth services revolve around two distinct but completely related times. Large group, and small group. During large group there will be skits, worship, Bible story telling, etc. And we need as many as we can get. So if you've got that outgoing personality and like to do plays, or sing and dance, this is the place for you. At the present time the age ranges you could volunteer for will be 0-4 years, K-4 grade, Middle School and High School.  **All materials as well as training will be provided**

YOUTH - Small Group

While the large group format is great to engage the eyes and ears of our children to grab their attention, the small group format is to engage their hearts. A small group volunteer will have a group of children (anywhere between four to eight children) and will take what was introduced in the large group format (a particular virtue) and will bring it down to that small group so they can begin to learn how to apply it to their lives. It's a chance for them to grow and begin to live a life that reflects the values and principles that we find in the Scriptures. At the present time the age ranges you could volunteer for will be 0-4 years, K-4 grade, Middle School and High School. **All materials as well as training will be provided**

ADULT - Small Group Host

We are currently seeking people who would like to volunteer to host a small group. This would be a meeting that would meet in a particular home several times a month. The home would likely be yours unless others in your group wanted to volunteer their home on a rotational basis. The hosts responsibility would simply be to facilitate the meeting. This person (or couple) should have a fairly good foundation of the basic Christian essentials but by no means needs to be a Bible scholar or theologian. Nor do you need to have all the answers. Just a gentle disposition and a desire to connect with others and help them to grow. **All materials as well as training will be provided**

ADULT - Small Group Apprentice

In each adult small group we would like to have one person or couple who are actively wanting to lead a small group, but don't feel completely ready to do it at the present time. They would basically receive hands on experience in helping and learning during the small group meetings. With the goal of eventually leading a small group of their own.

ADULT - Media

We are looking for people who would be interested in running all the behind the scenes things that go on for a Sunday morning service. Some of these tasks include running the audio or sound board, running the computer which displays the song lyrics as well as Scriptures during the service. We are also looking for someone to begin filming the service for eventual podcasting or video casting. **There are certain areas of this ministry that we can offer training, and yet others that would require some individual learning as well**.
